Most marketplace content on AutoPaddle is submitted by independent users, sellers, dealerships, businesses, rental companies, or spare-part participants.
- This includes vehicle listings, rental listings, dealership profiles, business profiles, rental company profiles, spare-part requests, replies, uploaded media, prices, locations, opening hours, map embeds, and contact details.
- AutoPaddle does not guarantee that user-submitted content is complete, current, accurate, lawful, available, or suitable for your needs.
2 No guarantee of condition, quality, or availability
Users must independently verify all important details before making decisions.
- Vehicle and rental details such as ownership, mileage, condition, service history, accident history, availability, rates, deposits, insurance terms, and documents must be checked directly with the relevant party.
- Business, dealership, rental company, and spare-part information such as services, stock, replies, prices, delivery options, warranties, locations, and opening hours may change without notice.
- Photos, videos, logos, covers, and maps may not reflect the current condition, inventory, location, or operating status.
3 Verification badges and profile status
Verification indicators are limited platform signals, not guarantees.
- A verified badge may mean AutoPaddle reviewed certain submitted information at a point in time.
- Verification does not guarantee honesty, financial standing, vehicle condition, legal ownership, rental quality, parts authenticity, service quality, or future conduct.
- Users should still inspect documents, meet safely, verify identity, and use written agreements where appropriate.
4 Third-party maps, payments, AI, and links
Some information may rely on external providers or automated tools.
- Google Maps embeds, payment-provider pages, external websites, social profiles, and AI chatbot responses may contain errors or be unavailable.
- AutoPaddle is not responsible for third-party content, external websites, provider outages, or decisions made from automated guidance.
5 Your responsibility
Before buying, selling, renting, replying, visiting a business, or making payment, you are responsible for due diligence.
- Check ownership documents, identity, registration records, inspection reports, service records, receipts, rental terms, business registration, warranties, and payment instructions as relevant.
- Report suspicious, false, unsafe, duplicate, or misleading content using available report flows or the contact page.
