AutoPaddle provides an online marketplace for users and dealerships to publish, browse, and respond to vehicle listings. We are a platform intermediary and are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

• AutoPaddle does not own, sell, or transfer any vehicles listed on the platform.
• We do not verify the condition, ownership, or legal status of any listed vehicle.
• All negotiations, agreements, and payments occur solely between the buyer and seller.

All users of AutoPaddle — whether buyers, sellers, or dealerships — must adhere to the following standards:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering or creating a listing.
• Not impersonate any individual, business, or AutoPaddle staff member.
• Not use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• Not attempt to manipulate, scrape, or interfere with the platform's systems or data.
• Comply with all applicable laws of Sri Lanka, including those governing vehicle sales and ownership transfers.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for lawful use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate, current information during registration and while posting listings.
• You may not use AutoPaddle for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, scraping, or system abuse.
• AutoPaddle may limit, suspend, or remove accounts and listings that violate these Terms or any related policy.

When you purchase products or paid features on AutoPaddle, you agree to the following:

• Product details, eligibility, and prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Submitting a payment request is an offer to purchase and may be accepted or rejected by us.
• You must provide complete and accurate billing details and use an authorized payment method.
• We may cancel or refuse an order where fraud, pricing error, abuse, or policy breach is suspected.

All payments for products and paid features on AutoPaddle are final.

• AutoPaddle has a strict no-refund policy for all products, listing fees, upgrades, and related paid services.
• By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or reversal.
• Any limited exception will only apply where a refund is required by applicable law.

AutoPaddle may provide an AI chatbot to help with customer support and platform guidance.

• Chatbot responses are automated and provided for general informational purposes only.
• This chatbot provides general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Its responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.
• You should independently verify important information before making decisions or payments.
• Do not submit sensitive or personal data in chatbot conversations under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AutoPaddle shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from transactions conducted between users of the platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, user content, or chatbot response.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
