1 AutoPaddle is a marketplace platform
AutoPaddle provides online tools for users to publish, browse, contact, and manage automotive marketplace content.
- We do not own, sell, rent, inspect, finance, insure, deliver, broker, or transfer vehicles, parts, or business services listed by users.
- Deals, inspections, negotiations, handovers, rentals, spare-part replies, and off-platform payments are arranged directly between users.
- Public content may include vehicle listings, rental listings, dealership pages, business pages, rental company pages, spare-part requests, replies, prices, photos, maps, and contact details.
2 Accounts and marketplace-owner access
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you submit, and all activity under your login.
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding agreements.
- Marketplace-owner features may require email verification, payment, profile completion, document upload, and admin review.
- You may not impersonate another person, business, dealership, rental company, AutoPaddle staff member, bank, payment provider, or government authority.
3 Listings, profiles, requests, and replies
All submitted marketplace content must be accurate, lawful, current, and safe for public display.
- Sellers and profile owners must keep prices, availability, descriptions, contact details, locations, opening hours, media, and vehicle or service details up to date.
- Spare-part requests and replies must relate to genuine vehicle-part needs and must not be used for spam, scraping, harassment, or unrelated advertising.
- AutoPaddle may edit visibility, reject, remove, archive, suspend, or moderate content that appears unsafe, fraudulent, misleading, expired, duplicated, unlawful, or policy-breaking.
4 Payments, renewals, and paid features
AutoPaddle may charge for listing publication, featured upgrades, dealership pages, business pages, rental company pages, rental listings, renewals, and related marketplace products.
- Prices, eligibility, durations, feature placement, renewal windows, and promotional rules may change over time.
- A successful payment does not guarantee buyer interest, search ranking, sales, rental bookings, spare-part leads, profile verification, or business results.
- Payment processing may involve third-party providers such as PayHere. Their own terms, checks, outages, and approval rules may also apply.
5 Verification, uploads, maps, and third-party services
Some features allow uploads of logos, cover images, listing images, verification documents, Google Maps embeds, and other supporting material.
- You must have the right to upload and publish submitted content, and uploaded documents must be genuine and relevant.
- Verification badges or statuses indicate an AutoPaddle review outcome at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of honesty, solvency, vehicle condition, rental quality, service quality, ownership, or legal compliance.
- Google Maps, cloud storage, email, authentication, payment, analytics, and AI services may be used to operate the platform and may be subject to their providers terms.
6 AI support and automated assistance
AutoPaddle may provide AI chatbot or automated support features to help users navigate the platform.
- AI responses are for general support only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
- AI output is not legal, financial, mechanical, tax, insurance, or professional advice.
- Do not submit passwords, OTPs, card details, banking credentials, identity numbers, or other sensitive information into chatbot conversations.
7 Enforcement and limitation of liability
To protect users and the platform, AutoPaddle may investigate activity and take action where needed.
- We may restrict accounts, remove content, pause profiles, suspend marketplace-owner access, moderate reports, preserve logs, or cooperate with lawful requests.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPaddle is not liable for user transactions, off-platform communications, listing inaccuracies, failed negotiations, payment-provider issues, lost profits, fraud by users, or indirect losses.
- Continued use of AutoPaddle after policy updates means you accept the updated Terms.
