Reporting Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1 What can be reported
Reports help AutoPaddle keep marketplace content safer and more trustworthy.
- You may report suspicious vehicle listings, rental listings, spare-part requests, spare-part replies, dealership profiles, business profiles, rental company profiles, and user behavior.
- Report reasons may include scams, impersonation, fake or duplicate listings, wrong information, unsafe content, prohibited items, misleading prices, false availability, harassment, spam, or policy violations.
2 How to submit a report
Use the report action where available, or contact AutoPaddle support when a direct report button is not available.
- Sign in where required, choose the closest report reason, and include concise details that help the moderation team understand the issue.
- For payment disputes, suspected impersonation, account safety, privacy requests, or urgent support issues, use the Contact page and include relevant links, payment references, screenshots, and timelines.
3 Moderation review
AutoPaddle reviews reports based on available information, severity, and platform records.
- Possible actions include no action, requesting more information, hiding or removing content, archiving requests, restricting accounts, suspending profiles, rejecting verification, or preserving logs for investigation.
- Fraud, safety risk, impersonation, payment abuse, and unlawful content may be prioritized.
- AutoPaddle is not required to share internal moderation notes, evidence, or enforcement details with every reporting user.
4 Misuse of reporting
The reporting system must not be used to harass users or attack competitors.
- False, malicious, repeated, automated, or retaliatory reports may lead to account limits or suspension.
- Users should report genuine concerns and provide accurate context, not speculation presented as fact.
5 Serious scams and emergencies
AutoPaddle can review platform content, but it is not a law-enforcement agency or emergency service.
- If money, credentials, identity documents, or banking access may be compromised, contact your bank or payment provider immediately.
- If you believe a crime occurred, preserve evidence and contact the relevant authorities.
