1 Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve AutoPaddle.
- Account and contact data such as name, email, phone number, public username, login method, verification state, and support messages.
- Marketplace content such as vehicle listings, rental listings, dealership profiles, business profiles, rental company profiles, spare-part requests, replies, prices, descriptions, categories, locations, opening hours, images, logos, covers, and map embeds.
- Verification and payment-related data such as uploaded documents, payment references, payment status, product type, renewal records, billing metadata, and provider callbacks.
- Technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, session identifiers, CSRF tokens, consent choices, logs, security events, and performance data.
2 How we use information
We use information to provide marketplace functionality and keep the platform trustworthy.
- To create accounts, publish listings, manage dashboards, process paid features, renew marketplace pages, display public profiles, and deliver contact or inquiry flows.
- To review verification documents, moderate reports, detect fraud or abuse, prevent spam, troubleshoot uploads, maintain logs, and enforce policies.
- To provide customer support, contact form handling, email notifications, AI chatbot assistance, search suggestions, analytics, and product improvements.
3 Public marketplace visibility
Information you submit for public marketplace use may be visible to anyone who visits AutoPaddle.
- Public fields may include names, business names, listing details, photos, prices, locations, map embeds, operating hours, contact methods, verification badges, and availability status.
- Do not publish private, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have permission and it is necessary for the marketplace purpose.
- Removed or expired content may still be retained for audit, payment, moderation, security, backup, or legal reasons.
4 Service providers and storage
We use trusted service providers to operate AutoPaddle.
- Uploaded files may be stored using Google Cloud Storage or other configured storage providers.
- Payments may be processed through PayHere or other payment infrastructure, and we may store payment metadata needed for support, reconciliation, and compliance.
- We may use email, authentication, analytics, AI, map, hosting, logging, and security providers where necessary to run the platform.
5 Cookies, AI, and support data
Cookies, local storage, and automated assistance help the platform work correctly.
- Session, CSRF, consent, preference, analytics, and marketing cookies or local storage may be used as described in the Cookie Policy.
- AI chatbot messages may be processed to provide support, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, and improve support quality.
- Contact form submissions and support messages may be reviewed by AutoPaddle staff or service providers who help operate support channels.
6 Retention, deletion, and legal requests
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for platform, legal, security, and business purposes.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or account removal through support, subject to identity checks and applicable law.
- Some information may be retained after deletion requests where needed for payment records, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal claims, safety investigations, backups, or compliance.
- We may disclose information if required by law, court order, payment disputes, security investigations, or lawful requests from authorities.
